TRACE Intelligence
One set of services, in both industries.
Trace Explorer, TRACE Ask and TRACE Academy are the same wherever you start.
Trace Explorer
Forward Trace, Backward Trace and Recall open in one Trace Explorer, so the whole chain reads as a single timeline.
Included in every plan
TRACE Ask
An in-product assistant that helps you find your way through TRACE and your records.
TRACE Ask assists users. It does not replace your food-safety procedures, qualified professionals or regulators, and it never starts or decides a recall.

TRACE Academy
Training for your team is part of the TRACE customer experience.
Enterprise
Both industries, one application.
Enterprise includes Manufacturing and Restaurant & Hotel, with an industry switcher in the application.
