TRACE CONTROL PROVE (PTY) LTD (registration number 2026/768119/07) supplies TRACE. CONTROL. PROVE. subscription software. This policy concerns refunds of TRACE subscription payments.

Refund request period

The refund request period is three (3) calendar days.

It applies to the first successfully verified paid subscription payment and starts when that payment is successfully verified.

It does not automatically apply to recurring renewal payments.
